Privacy notice

NELLA Cloud (“NELLA cloud”, “we”) is a subsidiary of NELLA Interactive. We provide cloud adoption, migration and deployment services. This notice explains how we handle personal information when you use www.nellacloud.com or contact us. For questions, email info@nellacloud.com.

When you send a discovery enquiry or use live chat, we collect the details you submit: name, work email, company, phone, the service you are asking about, and your message, plus optional context such as job title, industry, country, timeline and platforms. We also receive technical logs from our host (Vercel) that may include IP address, user agent and the page you came from, used to operate and secure the site. We do not create marketing audiences from this site.

We use enquiry data to reply to you, scope work and keep a record of the conversation. We use hosting logs to keep the site available and to investigate abuse. We use Google Analytics 4 on public pages only after you Accept, as described under Cookies. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for advertising.

Service providers who process data for us under written terms: hosting (Vercel), lead storage (Supabase), optional email delivery (Resend), and Google Analytics 4 on public pages only (Google LLC; no enquiry contents). If you choose WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp under Meta’s terms. We share information with advisers or authorities when the law requires it, or to protect someone’s rights or safety.

We use cookies needed to run the site (session cookies from our host).

On public pages we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, measurement ID G-7FE6RF5JKD, to understand how those pages are used: how many people visit, which pages they open, and how they move between them. No names, emails, contact-form contents or advertising audiences are sent. Signed-in or private app paths never load the tag.

Google sets `_ga` (distinguishes browsers for up to two years) and `_ga_*` (persists the session state for this property for up to two years). Analytics cookies are set only after you press Accept. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation remain denied (Google Consent Mode v2). GA4 does not log or store IP addresses; it uses them briefly to derive approximate location, then discards them. We do not use Google Signals or advertising features.

Your Accept or Reject choice is stored in our first-party cookie `nella-analytics-consent` for about six months. You can change or revoke it at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Until you Accept, analytics cookies are not set.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as we need them to deliver a service or respond to a follow-up, then deleted or anonymised. Hosting logs are retained for a short operational period. Analytics cookies last up to two years; the consent cookie lasts about six months.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to certain uses, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Email info@nellacloud.com and we will respond. You can change analytics consent at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.
