Migrate

Wave by wave

Pilot first, always. A representative cohort proves the runbook end-to-end — tooling, timings, validation and rollback — before production waves begin.

  • Continuous replication / delta sync — source stays live throughout
  • Scripted validation: item counts, data integrity, service health

No cutover without validation

Scripted data-integrity and service-health checks must pass before any DNS flip or connection-string change. A failed check means we stop — not hope.

Rollback is a plan, not a panic

Every wave has documented rollback criteria and tested restore points agreed before the window opens. Source systems stay untouched until sign-off.
