About
The cloud company inside NELLA Interactive.
NELLA cloud is a global subsidiary focused on cloud adoption, migration and deployment. We inherit decades of IT delivery DNA from NELLA Interactive — and push it further with an explicit cloud and AI-first mandate.
Built to close the migration trust gap.
NELLA cloud began inside NELLA Interactive, where years of hands-on IT delivery — infrastructure, productivity platforms, support — kept surfacing the same client conversation: "We know we need to be in the cloud. We don't trust anyone to move us without breaking things."
That trust gap is structural. Most organisations only migrate once or twice a decade, so they can't build the muscle internally. Many providers treat migration as a land-grab for long-term managed-service contracts, so their incentives point away from clean handovers. And the horror stories — lost mailboxes, weekend cutovers that ran into Wednesday, budgets that doubled — are common enough that every IT director knows one.
NELLA cloud was created as the answer: a dedicated subsidiary with one job — cloud adoption, migration and deployment — done with the discipline of a company that expects to be judged on its last cutover. Cloud and AI first isn't a tagline for us; it's the operating assumption behind every architecture we design, every runbook we write and every estate we hand back to a client's team.
Today we deliver from London, Albany, Accra and Lagos, for clients from 50-user firms to multi-thousand-user enterprises, across three continents. The model stays the same at every size: evidence before promises, pilots before waves, validation before cutover, and knowledge transfer before we leave.

Cloud and AI first is echoed in every assessment, architecture and cutover we run.

Dedicated engineers after every go-live
Four principles behind every engagement.
Outcomes over tooling
Platforms and tools are means to an end. We measure success the way you do: uptime through cutover, users productive on Monday morning, costs that trend down after go-live, and a team that understands what it now owns. If a simpler tool gets you there safer, that's the tool we use.
Multi-cloud fluency, zero vendor agenda
AWS, Azure and Google Cloud — plus Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace — under one practice. We hold real delivery depth on all five, which means our platform recommendations are driven by your workloads and constraints, not by whichever vendor's partner quota needs filling this quarter.
Global, human delivery
Four countries, real engineers, and a WhatsApp number that a human answers. Enterprise process where it protects you — validation gates, rollback plans, audit trails — and human directness everywhere else. You will never be routed through a ticket void to reach the person running your migration.
Honesty about trade-offs
Every migration has trade-offs: what history a platform can preserve, which legacy system genuinely should be retired rather than moved, when a timeline is fantasy. We tell you in discovery, not after the invoice. Clients stay with us because the surprises stopped.
What people ask before working with us.
Where does NELLA cloud operate?
We run delivery hubs in London (UK), Albany NY (USA), Accra (Ghana) and Lagos (Nigeria), and deliver worldwide. Most engagements are remote-first with on-site presence for discovery, cutover weekends and hypercare where it helps.
How is NELLA cloud related to NELLA Interactive?
NELLA cloud is the cloud-and-AI-first subsidiary of NELLA Interactive, inheriting its parent company's IT delivery track record with a dedicated focus: cloud adoption, migration and deployment across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
How do you price engagements?
Assessments are fixed-price and scoped up front. Migrations are priced per wave or per workload/user after discovery, so the number you sign is the number you pay. Managed operations run on a monthly subscription sized to your estate. No engagement starts without a written scope you've approved.
What size organisations do you work with?
Our sweet spot is 50 to 5,000 users — large enough for real complexity, small enough that you get named engineers rather than a rotating bench. We also run scoped projects for smaller teams and specific workstreams inside larger enterprises.
Can you work alongside our internal IT team?
That's our default model. Your team knows the business; we bring the migration patterns, tooling and 3am-cutover experience. Every project includes documentation and knowledge transfer so your engineers can operate what we build.
What happens after the migration finishes?
Every migration includes 30 days of hypercare with the same engineers who ran the project. After that, you choose: full handover to your team with documentation, or ongoing managed operations with monitoring, patching and monthly cost reviews.
